ozSMS now you can send SMS Messages straight from Neobook to mobile/cellular Phones, I spoke with the service provider and got them to wave the activation fee from $ 129.00 down to $ 19.00 for Neobook developers, messages are charged at 12 cents each and there is a minimum of $ 12.00 per month
